​Signature Level 1 Refresher Course

This course provides a chance to refresh your BSL skills, develop your vocabulary and build your confidence with signing. It is also a great chance to meet and practice with other signers. The course will focus on conversational skills and the core topics of the Signature Level 1 curriculum, but will also respond to meet the needs and preferences of the learners.

The course is designed for those who have completed a Level 1 qualification in BSL or who are already using BSL at a similar level. It is suitable for anyone simply wanting to brush up on their Level 1 skills, and those hoping to progress to a Level 2 qualification.

Day: Thursday
Times: 6.30pm - 8.30pm
Venue: Exeter College
Fees: £83 (Reduced Fee £25)*
Entry: BSL Level 1 or equivalent standard. This course is also suitable for candidates who have completed a Level 1 course but have not completed the assessments.

Please note: this course will only run if there are sufficient candidates. To apply for this course you will need to be aged 19 or above on 31st August 2017.

*A reduced fee is available for those in receipt of Job Seeker’s Allowance (JSA) or Employment and Support Allowance (ESA) in the Work Related Activity Group (WRAG). This only applies to courses running at Exeter College.
